Use daily at the first sign of itch, redness, or dryness to help prevent a full flare.
Surge (Active Flare)
Use daily during active flare-ups or when visible irritation is at its peak.
Reset (Post-Flare)
Use 2–3 times per week during the recovery phase until skin feels smooth and tone appears more even.
Steps
- Clean: Gently wash and dry the affected area.
- Peel & Place: Apply the patch directly over the spot.
- Press: Hold gently with your palm for 30 seconds to secure the hydrogel bond.
- Leave: Wear for 6–8 hours.
Patches can be worn during the day. Many users wear them overnight to help protect the skin from unconscious scratching during sleep.

Orders process and ship within 1–2 business days. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $80. Carbon-neutral delivery is used where available.
Returns
Due to the hygiene-sealed, single-use nature of our patches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, email support@mindtheskinlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement at no cost.

Switch to Reset™ once the redness and heat have subsided, and the skin begins to feel dry, flaky, or looks darker/discolored. This marks the transition from "Active" to "Recovery."
Each pouch is marked with an expiration date (typically 24 months from manufacture). To maintain the integrity of the technology, keep the resealable pouch tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.
