1. Preorder Terms

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are ordering a product that is not yet available for shipment.

  • Estimated shipping begins September 2025, but this is subject to change due to production, fulfillment, or external factors.

  • We will notify you of any changes to your order or its expected ship date.

  • We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. No-Risk Refund Guarantee

We stand by a simple, transparent policy:

  • You may cancel your preorder at any time for a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Payment is collected at the time of preorder.

  • Orders will be fulfilled in the order received, once inventory becomes available.

  • You will receive email confirmation and tracking when your order ships.

  • We currently ship only to the United States. International shipping may be introduced at a later date.

 

4. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Customers may request changes to their shipping address or contact details prior to fulfillment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion (e.g., for fraud prevention or stock unavailability).

 

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or transportation issues.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
