Flare Kit
Your complete system for flare-prone skin
Your skin doesn’t flare all at once. It warns, reacts, and recovers. The Flare Kit gives you a patch for every stage: before, during, and after a flare.
Each one uses advanced barrier-supporting technology to help your skin stay calm, protected, and restored, without the mess of moisturizer or steroids.
Flare Kit patches come in discreet colors for calm comfort at every stage.
Product Details
The Complete Flare Cycle System The Flare Kit is a structured solution designed to support your skin through every phase of its cycle. Instead of using a single product for changing needs, this kit provides three distinct patch technologies, Hydrogel, Hydrocolloid, and Microtip, to address skin from the first sign of irritation to full recovery.
System Components:
- Signal (Pre-Flare): Hydrogel technology to intercept early tightness and tingling.
- Surge (Active Flare): Hydrocolloid barrier to cool and protect during peak irritation.
- Reset (Post-Flare): Microneedle delivery to restore even tone and rebuild resilience.
What’s inside:
- x1 Box of Signal (8 patches, 50x45mm)
- x1 Box of Surge (8 patches, 50x100mm)
- x1 Box of Reset (8 patches, 20x20mm)

Surge (Active Flare)
Use when irritation, itching, scratching, rubbing, or redness have become difficult to ignore.
Reset (Post-Flare)
Use once the flare has settled and skin is no longer actively irritated but is still recovering.

Sensitive Skin Guidance
Patch test before first use.
Do not apply to infected skin.
Signal and Reset should not be applied to open, bleeding, or weeping skin.
Reset should only be used on fully closed skin.
If you have highly sensitive or adhesive-sensitive skin, consider starting with a shorter wear time to assess compatibility.
Temporary redness after removal may occur in some individuals with highly sensitive or flare-prone skin.
Mild temporary redness may occur after Reset due to the microneedle delivery system.
Discontinue use if irritation persists or worsens.
Patches can be worn during the day. Many users wear them overnight to help protect the skin from unconscious scratching during sleep.

Because your skin is doing three different things. Before a flare it needs hydration and stabilizing. During one it needs protection from scratching. Afterward it needs help rebuilding. A single patch tuned for all three would be tuned for none of them. Signal, Surge, and Reset each do one job well, and the Kit means the right one is already in your drawer when your skin shifts.
Your skin still moves through the whole Flare Cycle. That part isn't optional. But you may only want support at one point in it, and that's a fine place to start. If you catch the early signs, start with Signal. If the active flare is what you can't ignore, Surge. If it's the dryness and marks afterward, Reset. Not sure? The Flare Quiz tells you in under a minute. The Kit is for covering the whole cycle without guessing what you'll need next.
Absolutely. Eczema rarely behaves the same way everywhere. You may need Surge on an active spot on your arm while using Signal on a tingling spot on your neck.
Switch to Reset once the redness and heat have subsided, and the skin begins to feel dry, flaky, or looks discolored. This marks the transition from active flare to recovery.
Go by how the skin feels. Tight, tingly, or subtly itchy with nothing visible yet is pre-flare, so reach for Signal. Red, hot, and hard to ignore is active flare, so reach for Surge. Dry, flaky, or uneven once the worst has passed is post-flare, so reach for Reset. The Flare Quiz reads your answers and gives you a starting point in under 60 seconds.
Yes. It is the same three patches in the same boxes, with the same testing behind them. All three went through a 45-day clinical patch safety test with 107 participants across diverse skin tones, in which 0% reported irritation or sensitization. Formulas and clinical safety data were independently reviewed and approved by board-certified dermatologist and pediatrician.
Full size. The Kit contains three complete boxes: 8 Signal patches, 8 Surge patches, and 8 Reset patches. Twenty-four patches in total, each box with its own resealable pouch, plus an instruction card for identifying your stage. Nothing in the Kit is a trial size.
Yes. All three are steroid-free and pediatrician approved, and a board-certified pediatrician independently reviewed the formulas and clinical safety data. Apply and remove the patch yourself rather than leaving it to your child, and patch test a small area first if their skin is especially reactive.
In most cases, yes. The patches are steroid-free and designed to support your skin barrier rather than interfere with treatment. If you are using new or active prescriptions, confirm the order and timing with your dermatologist. The patches are cosmetic support, not a replacement for anything your clinician has prescribed.
No. Use the one that matches the stage your skin is in right now. One patch, one stage. The exception is different areas: if a spot on your arm is flaring while a spot on your neck is only tingling, you can wear Surge on one and Signal on the other at the same time.
It depends which patch. Signal and Surge are worn for 6 to 8 hours, during the day or overnight. Reset needs can also be worn overnight for 6 to 8 hours. Reset is used 2 to 3 times a week rather than daily, because recovery is slower work than calming a flare.
Signal is 50x45mm, for smaller spots and facial use. Surge is 50x100mm, the largest, made to cover an active flare and shield it from clothing. Reset is 20x20mm, sized for the smaller, more defined marks a flare leaves behind. For an area larger than a single patch, you can apply more than one side by side.
That depends on how often your skin flares. The Kit holds 24 patches: 8 Signal, 8 Surge, and 8 Reset. Someone with an occasional flare may get a few months from it. Someone in a difficult stretch will move through it faster. Reset tends to last longest, since it is used 2 to 3 times a week rather than daily.
Then buying the missing patch on its own may suit you better. The Kit makes most sense as a starting point or a restock of the full system. If you already have two of the three, a single box of the third costs less than the Kit and gets you to the same place.
Yes. Free U.S. shipping applies to orders over $80, and the Kit is $85. A single patch on its own does not reach the threshold. If you were planning to buy two patches anyway, the Kit is often the better value once shipping is counted.
Yes, for many people. Select HSA/FSA at checkout and you’ll answer a short health questionnaire, reviewed by an independent licensed clinician. If your purchase qualifies, your payment goes through as normal, and you’re spending pre-tax dollars so the money goes further than it would from your regular account. The letter they issue lasts 12 months and covers repeat purchases from us, so it’s one questionnaire, not one every time. Eligibility depends on your own health situation, and your plan administrator has the final say, so it isn’t guaranteed.
Each box is marked with an expiration date, typically 36 months from manufacture. To maintain the integrity of the technology, keep the resealable pouch tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place.
Contact our support team within 30 days. The 30-Day Skin Support Guarantee means that if the patches are not right for your skin, we will work with you to make it right. We review each case individually and may ask how your skin responded, both to find the right resolution for you and because that feedback shapes what we make next. Because the patches are single-use hygiene products applied to sensitive and broken skin, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped, so this is a support commitment rather than a returns policy. It does not affect your statutory rights.
